Asthma Symptoms

Not knowing what the asthma symptoms can endanger your life. Most people who are not exposed to asthma do not know what to look for when it comes to the signs of asthma. Most are ignorant when it comes knowing the symptoms of asthma. And there are some that have asthma but don’t even know it. There are many signs to look for and knowing what they look and sound like. Having knowledge in this can save your own life or that of another’s as symptoms can worsen over time and can cause severe damage.

Some of the common asthma symptoms are wheezing which sounds like a rattling sound or high pitch squeak, which accrues when you are breathless, if you hear this sound it’s a cause for concern. Continuous or chronic cough is also a sign of asthma this happens when you are exposed to environmental situations like smoke or cold, even excising. Having shortness of breath could also be a sign, as this can be from extreme or over exertion of some type of activity. If you’re having tightness of the chest that feels unconformable this can also be a sign of asthma this happens in session of having short of breath. Rapid breathing is a common asthma symptom, if you feel you can’t breathe right you tend to breathe in short rapid sessions to gain better control of your breathing.

Paying attention to any of these signs can help you define if you have asthma symptoms. Even if you have never been diagnosed with asthma its good to know the signs what the signs are. In fact knowing the symptoms can help you if you are exposed to some one whom has asthma but doesn’t even know it. None the less if these signs do accrue get your self to your doctor to check to see if you do have asthma.
