Cause of Asthma

Some times we don’t know why asthma accrues. Asthma can creep up on you suddenly with out having any previous symptoms. So what is the cause of asthma one might ask? Most doctors will tell you that those who generate asthma symptoms are mostly likely from variety yet vague cases. Doctors can not really pin point the source of why asthma accrues but they can give the reasons as to how it might be triggered.

Genetics play a key factor in most cases of asthma; most doctors believe the cause of asthma starts here. They believe that any immediate family member that carries the disease will expose it to future siblings. Another factor is the environment you live in. Smoke, animals, pollens, moulds, and dust all can play a part in developing asthma. The food you eat can cause attacks; allergic reactions to foods can kick start asthma attacks. Not enough excising can cause asthma development. The less you exercise the less your lungs get a work out causing your airways to be put in a stressful situation which triggers asthma. Where you work can make a difference of developing asthma some of the chemicals that surround in the work place can give you an asthma attack.

From many of these studies that the doctors conduct it is proven that many factors play a part to causes of asthma. We the individual’s are not aware of the factors of what causes asthma but we can educate our selves at knowing what are the symptoms of hoping to prevent it or at least keeping it under control. The more we know what motives asthma can play in our lives the better chances we have at understanding the disease and trying to prevent our selves from getting it.
